This year marks the return of country superstar Garth Brooks. Herecently released “People Loving People,” his first new single in seven years. This song has the poignant message of embracing one another and trying to stop the fighting in the world.
The track may remind fans of his previous hit “We Shall be Free,” which included the sentiment of equality for all. The new single is expected to show up on Brooks' currently unnamed album due in November.
Brooks also announced additional dates for his already massive world tour, which now includes a show in Florida for the first time in 17 years. He'll be playing in Jacksonville at the Veterans Memorial Arena on October 10-12.
His tour kicks off this weekend in Chicago with his first of eleven shows in the city. Brooks will play at the Allstate Arena September 4-14. Limited tickets are still available; most of the shows are now sold out.
