From the July 18, 2014 article, it seems like there are a couple of tracks that were done but I guess have been dropped such as the apparent remake of "Summer Means New Love" instrumental from The Beach Boys' 1965 "Summer Days (And Summer Nights!!)" album. And from the track listing, also from the 7/18/14 article, it seems like they may have dropped Lana Del Rey's version or vocals on "The Last Song?" I didn't see her name listed or noted in the track listing provided in the 1/29/15 writing. If they went with just Brian as the lead vocals or only vocals, I'm really curious to wonder how LDR's version had sounded? The omission of Frank Ocean's track I think is a dodged bullet - I'm not sure how the song would have fit in the album. Seems like Brian or the producer already had a good idea on how they wanted the album to sound.
